No customer service and poor delivery times.

Not getting any responses from them. Placed an order 10 days ago and at the time the items said 4 to 10 working days and the other 5 to 10 working days. After 5 working days both items are listed as in stock and ready to be dispatched within 24 hours however my order still says stock on order. I need these items for Christmas and it seems like they're not going to be delivered in time. Not getting any responses, and this is not the first bad experience I've had with Loot. Will not be ordering from them again. Saying no more to big companies, would rather support small businesses from now on.
