No communication on delivery

<p>I purched an item on Loot. Delivery has not happened yet and communication from them is uttely shocking. They sent a parcel to a "post office in Midrand" but cannot tell me which one, or the exact address.</p> <p>I have sent several emails requesting the address but to no avail.</p> <p>Will cancel my order if I dont hear from them in 3 hours.</p>
