No communication

I won a prize in December which was actually sent to a lady who posted UNDER my reply not the pages reply. Since then I have emailed sent direct messages numerous times and NOBODY bothers to reply to me. I just get ignored. Are they embarrassed by their terrible mistake they made sending the prize to the wrong person? I have sent them screenshots via DM and email showing this but they continue to ignore me. This is really bad service and terrible communication.
