No communication!

What is going on at Loot??? I placed an order that was due for delivery by yesterday at the latest and I have received no communication despite having sent emails (as requested since they have switched off their phones). This is utterly ridiculous. I ordered gifts for my husband which clearly will not arrive on time. Please get your act together- if you can't deliver, stop sending me adverts every 6 hours! I have paid for 2 orders, which I will be cancelling if I do not receive feedback by tomorrow. Although it seems that they don't check these reviews either....
