No comms no item no care

<p>A friend giften me an item from Loot - it was ordered and paid for on 29/11/2016 ... to date I have not received it - I emailed and I called as I was embarrassed at being asked if I hadreceived it and at the prospect of me not having thanked the giver but my inquiry was met with nonsense about incorrect warehouses and despatch problems - I was assured it woudl be despatched on 05/12/2016 and received an email yesterday to say it woudl be delivered during the day. Not a chance. No delivery - RIDICULOUS thing is they are within 5km radius of our offices where delivery is expected so there can be no excuse. In teh interim I have bought and receib\ved several things from Lake a Lot - all within a 24 hour turnaround - even GAME delivered to me within 24 hours. THIS IS BEYOND LUCRICROUS - completely pathetic. </p>
