NO but NO Customers or after sales service

LOOT.CO.ZA Please note that this online store has no idea what customer service means, automated after automated e-mail reply but no action. Bought at item over 10k arrived with a part smashed in side the box this was the 3 Set 2021 e-mail them with proof of damage and e-mail after e-mail no response, today @ 18:13 9 Sept 2021 no action. Will never ever use them again. Sitting with a 10k product I can't use.........
