NEVER USE LOOT!

If I could I would give Loot.co.za no stars. I placed an order on the 29th on November for an item which stated "dispatched in 7-12 working days" meaning it should be dispatch between the 10th and the 17th of December, I emailed to confirm that this would be delivered by the 20th of December for Christmas and I was told it would be. The status then changed to the latest delivery by the 20th, dispatch expected by the 19th. I emailed again to confirm that this would still reach me by the 20th and I was assured everything was on track and it would be sent. As this is a Christmas presents for my in-laws to give to my mother I was extremely worried it wouldn't arrive, and it hasn't even been dispatched, I've now had to rebuy this gift from another company and pay a huge fee for overnight delivery so that my in-laws have a present for my mom and I don't look like an absolute idiot in front of everyone I have sent numerous emails from the 16th - the 19th none were responded to.

I then phoned on the 20th to find out what the f*ck was happening and after being on hold for roughly 15 minutes I finally got through to a woman who explained the situation and she said "I don't know, looks like its been delayed" she didn't give a **** about my situation, why my order hadn't been dispatch or why no one had let me know there would be a delay, she then told me that only operations can help me so I asked to be put through to operations and she told me NO clients can speak to operations so I asked to be put through to a manager because I was frankly tired of her attitude and getting nowhere talking to her, she then tells me the mangers arent in yet So I told her I expected a manager to phone me back by 9:10 latest - that phone call was almost 4 hours ago and no response from them.

I cannot actually believe how useless they have been and I will NEVER use them again, this is after I have used them many times and told many people to use them.

All of those previous interactions have been totally marred by this. This is possibly the worst service I have ever recieved from any company.
