Never received my cd
Good day. I bought a cd online via LOOT on the 24 December. There is a option for speed post for a extra amount of money which i also paid. <br> It is almost the end of January and i still have not received my cd. I emailed Brady who then advised me that it was never shipped. Then after that he just told me to go to the post office or my post box. Still nothing. I asked for a refund and now i am being ignored.

We are so sorry to hear that the parcel has not reached you yet.
According to our information, the parcel was handed over to the post office on 8 January and should have been ready at your post office the very next day. A lost parcel is a quite a rare occasion and we are sincerely sorry that this happened to your CD.
We can confirm that we have replaced the parcel interim and an email regarding this should have been received a few minutes ago.
Once again, we are very sorry that the parcel was not replaced soon and that you were not kept up to date with regards to your order.
