Never order games from Loot

Pre Ordering games from Loot.co.za is a ****, Suppose to get 4 days early plus I paid the extra for delivery and get told it will be delivered as a normal edition. The customer rep was rude and not helpful at all. Will be emailing 2k Games as well to let them know that Loot.co.za can't keep their agreements and terms with then either and will not be ordering from Loot ever again
