NEVER Order from LOOT, Unreliable

Placed an order 5 October, money deducted immediately from my account. 2.5 Weeks of constantly following up, daily and all I get is "trying to get hold of supplier for answer" Loot, you own the relationship with your suppliers, at least make sure they are reliable. Oh Loot FYI "A customer is someone who buys your products or uses the services that you offer. The key purpose of any business is to make the customer’s happy and satisfied with their products/services and to gradually convert these customers to brand loyal clients" I will NEVER order from you again, and in fact I would like all my personal details deleted as per the POPI act and want my money back in my account as quickly as you took it from me.
