Never buying from Loot again

Very poor service , rude manager, wouldn’t release my order even after ordering and demanding my ID document copy . Like I told them to verify if the money has reflected on their side and they demand my ID and the card number details - what shop asks for that - in a conversation they even have my card information, question was how because that is through a secure payment gateway - why is loot demanding all this things that can lead to theft because they want to file all these things - they even shout at their customers, like I am shocked 😯.

If you are going to demand all these after the money has reflected why not disclose it beforehand when processing payment
