Never again Loot

I wish I had looked at the reveiws here before using Loot online for the first time yesterday. What a bad experience, and thats just the ordering part, goods not even delivered yet! Some error reported from their side during payment requested me to send them an email with the transaction ref number which I did. I had already been billed by the payment company but no record of my order appeared on Loot's website so I called them - they said no emails received from me but after I insisted I had sent twice, she looked further and hey presto the emails magically appeared on their system! So point no.1 - they try to deny your problem by claiming no emails received. She says its their IT that has to look at it - that really fills me with confidence! How can they ***** up a basic operation such as placing an order - the very cornerstone of their business?? So point no.2 - dont trust an online merchant who has IT trouble with even the most basic and essential processes, like placing an order! NEVER AGAIN LOOT
