NEVER AGAIN, ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING SERVICE

Have been waiting over a month for an incorrect delivery to be collected. The communication has been shocking, blaming the courier Fedex for the reasons for the poor service. If that is the case then change your courier service. Have tried to escalate to management, but they are too busy to respond so I have been told (if management are not interested no wonder the service is as shocking as it is from the staff NEVER AGAIN,
