Never again!!!

Worst service ever!

I ordered a coffee machine and 5 days later I was informed they were out of stock. That same coffee machine was on special at a few places, but since we bought our iron from Loot, I thought I would order the coffee machine through them as well for convenience sake.

However, they were advertising the same coffee machine as a “Festive Favourite” at R2000 more than than what I bought it at. Yet they tell me they are out of stock. As I wrote this, that same coffee machine is still in stock in their store.

PATHETIC! I will never use them again!!
