My package was ****** before i could collect

Shocking service! After waiting almost 3 weeks for my item to be delivered to the warehouse, I was notified to could collect. After waiting for over an hour for the staff to locate my package, they notified me that the item was not there and that it had been signed for and collected my someone that I do not know. So needless to say someone walked into the westlake branch and stole my package without any proof of ID or purchase. Their computer system also did not acknowledge that my delivery wasnt in the branch anymore. This is unacceptable and I will never be ordering from Loot again!!!
