My order XCCM-310-B920

I sent loot an email complaining about the ring light I received, however, I did not get a response. The ring light's changing thing is broken and you can see that it has been used before. The changing button thing was not covered and in the process the red and black cables dislocated from the circuit.

my question is that , what must happen for the ring light to be fixed because I'm not happy at all.
