My order is shot of one item

I ordered four things from loot four weeks ago and only received them yesterday and gues what? After four weeks of waiting and i only got three things and the other one is not in the box. When you order the website says it only takes four working days but they lying and so hard to trace them. Not reliable at all. Everytime i try calling their line it always says i must call during office hours even when i do so. Very poor service they give to clients, i want my item cos i paid for it and never again will i buy anything from them NEVER...
