Most customer unfriendly and unreliable

For 3 weeks there was no movement on on my tracking after placing my order. They don't reply to emails so I had to make 4 phone calls before the product was delivered. The product was of substandard and nobody rep**** on my written queries. I returned the product but have to date not been refunded. I refuse to do future purchases from them - in my opinion LOOT is by far the most cumbersome, unreliable and customer unfriendly online shopping site.
