Missing Order

I ordered a product 8 working days ago, this particular product is "Expected to ship within 3 - 5 working days"

It shipped on working day 6 to who knows where; Loot states in their last email to me when the order shipped that: "Your order has been sent with a new courier partner, however tracking isn't yet available. But no need to worry, if you would like more information on the status of your delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with us."

I have sent two mails to *** and tried to phone them multiple times but the line is always busy.

I ended up ordering the same product from R A R U . C O . Z A , who shipped and delivered it to me within 3 working days, and I'm now planning on returning the Loot order as soon as it arrives, if it ever does. We can't be expected to be at home at all times for weeks on end to receive a order impromptu.
