Misleading the customer with false information

Loot.co.za sent me an email of an item on my wishlist, informing me that the price has decreased to R1357.00. This was for a Samsung s24e390h monitor.

I received the email from them on Saturday the 25th of February 2017. When I clicked on the link to purchase the product (a minute or so after receiving the email) it showed me the incorrect price for the product of R2699.00. I immediately sent them an email and a tweet asking how I can take advantage of the price the quoted me on this product. When they got back to me they had multiple different stories on why I couldn't get the product at the price quoted.

Loot.co.za is misleading its customers with false information.

I would just like to purchase the product that was offered to me at the price it was offered to me and not have my intelligence underestimated by the staff at Loot.co.za
