Misleading information
Funny how your web site states the parcel status :<br> <br> Completed Mon, 9 Nov 2015, 14:49 leading one to think I paid for over night so I should get it by the 10th.<br> <br> But it was only collected by the courier on:<br> <br> 2015-11-10 17:05 CAPE TOWN Parcel Pre-Inducted to Manifest <br> <br> So what is it now? Why not just state the truth. <br> <br> Any will stick to takealot tried you once :-)<br> <br> <br>

We can certainly understand your frustration and are very sorry about this unexpected delay and for any inconvenience caused to you.
Our website will show the order as 'completed' as soon as the order is ready to be packed. The packing and dispatch should not be delayed like this and we regret that we dropped the ball at this stage. We are doing our best to ensure this sort of delay does occur again in the future.
We can certainly understand your frustration. Please accept our sincere apologies that we were not able to dispatch your order on schedule.
