Misleading customers

I purchased two books by Dudu Busani Dube(The Mess and Iqunga) on 10th December. Loot emailed confirmation of payment and said my books will be couriered by 05/01/2021. today I received email saying "unfortunately, there has been a delay in receiving Iqunga, we expect to be able to ship your order on or around 11/01/2021" I am very unhappy, Loot is taking its customers for granted. I have waited the whole of December only to be told on the day of the delivery that there is a delay. what a disappointment, I will never buy anything from Loot. Their customer service sucks, they did not even respond to my email.
