Misleading..
On Friday 02 Feb 2018 I placed an order for a PS 4 console at the amazing price of R1027. I immediately made the payment and received the confirmation on the app. Saturday at 11:34am I received a receipt stating that payment had been received and that the stock was on order. As well as the latest dispatch date would be 09 Feb. Today, to my disappointment, I received an apology email advising that the product was advertised at the incorrect price and therefore my order was cancelled. And no mention of a refund. This is outrageous! The price you see, is the price you pay. The price I have already paid. If this was a store, I would receive the product that I have paid for. This should be no different for online shopping. When a customer places an order, the retailer can then choose to accept or reject the offer. By accepting payment and providing a receipt stating "Thank you for your order!" and showing "stock on order" confirms that the retailer has than accepted the offer and should therefore fulfill their side of the deal by delivery the purchased product. They also state that this type of cancellations are a rarity, when I've just read on cheapgamer.co.za that this happens quite often when purchasing from Loot! They may not read reviews here, but I will post them everywhere as this is unacceptable!
