Misguided with delivery options.

I've placed an order from loot.co.za on 07-01-2019 and chosen express post office counter option (R45) for delivery. Still, the item haven't reached the post office yet.

When you selling something, the delivery options has to be categorized. You can't put delivery and collection option under delivery.
