Mindbogeling pathetic service

Save yourselves the painful experience. I placed an order on 26th of Sept, it shipped on 6th of Oct, it has not yes arrived, I live 60km out of Pretoria! I have phoned the helpdesk twice, I have been promised a callback twice. No comment.
