MESSED UP SERVICE FROM THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT

i ordered textbooks from loot over a month ago, unfortunately i had to return back some textbooks. Iv been waiting for over a 3 weeks for my refund . i sent countless emails to the lady by the name Aretha . called them a couple of times . The only thing im getting is "we are still processing , we will get back to you after two working days" . Since when has two working days turned to WHOLE THREE WEEKS ????????? its even worse now because you guys are not even responding back to my emails .
