Loot..Yes I think we got looted!!!!!

Pity one cant give a negative rating..clearly there is something up at loot - they have gone MIA. Up to recently I have had some emails from them but now I don't trust this any longer. Promises of refunds etc etc.

They are lying and *****ing from the consumer, thinking they are untouchable. Wrong they are...my next steps (which I promised them I will do) is to: 1 - Report their poor service here; 2 - Report them to the consumer council 3 - Lay a charge of theft and get someone arrested.
