Looting the public

Judging by the plethora of negative reviews, it looks to me like loot's business model is based on lies and deception. Ordered a skateboard for my son 'in stock' and told a week later that there was no stock but offered to credit my loot account for a portion of my expenditure. What about the balance loot? As if I will ever use your platform again. Hardly surprising when one considers that loot is owned by Sagarmatha Technologies.
