Looting Loot

My parcel was not delivered at the address I asked it to be delivered to. Loot now wants me to pay AGAIN, and a huge amount, much more than the amount I paid for when I bought the product, to cancel the order!!!... How is this possible?! My product was NOT delivered to MY address and I must now pay more. So I paid for the product, I lose that money, I don't get the product and I have to pay in?! Are you out of your minds?! I am the CLIENT. I paid. I did not get. It is called *****ING! Loot send me emails saying I must pay... Next stop - Small claims court next
