I bought a Samsung galaxy A33 from Loot.co.za On 18th December 2022, and was supposed to get the phone on the 27th initially. Then after confirming the receipt of the payment, they changed the delivery date to the 9th January 2023. 4 days later they sent an email to claim they didn't receive any payment for my order and I have to send them copies of my bank card and bank statement as proof of payment within 48hours having received or the order gets cancelled. Without a phone, I couldn't see the emails and I was away on holiday, but they had cancelled my order. When I managed to get the email, I immediately sent all the documents they asked for, yet it's been 3 weeks trying to contact them and now they just ignore my emails.
