LOOTed by Loot online purchase!

My wife purchased a food processor on Loot's website last week. The price advertised was far less than that of the normal retail cost of the product, however it was the advertised price on the website. My wife then processed and completed the transaction and the purchase was processed, we have the proof of payment and sms notifcation that the sale was processed and completed.

Loot is now, post the sale and processing of the transaction refusing to honour the sale. Loot, post our sale being completed then fixed their error. I have email correspondence with Loot refuting their obligation to honour the sale which was completed and processed and pre Loot "correcting" the error on their side, which was only rectified once we enquired on our purchase.

I have a trail of emails, all of which document how Loot first communicates their refusal to honour the sale, then citing the Electronics Communication and Transactions Act as reasons why they do not have to honour the completed and processed sale, then blaming the supplier (who has nothing to do with this) and then using the CPA section 23 under Price of Goods and services, paragraph 3, which would apply to a consumer if the sale was demanded post the change on the website and not apply to those consumers who completed the sale before the change.

The product was advertised, paid for and processed in terms of payment, all of which we have proof of. This concludes a sale and transaction in terms of a sale process. Loot's complete disregard to honour that sale is completely unacceptable.
