Loot.co.za: WORST SERVICE ever! Don't waste your time or money!

Absolutely the WORST online purchasing experience I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for a refund for an item they collected over 2 weeks ago. No response to emails. Nearly impossible to get hold of them - wait on their support lines forever or just get cut off. They did NOTHING with the return until I finally managed to get through to them 2 weeks later. I specifically request a refund to my credit card on email AND on a direct call to the returns team and then I get an email saying they refunded my loot account. Don't use this service - It is not worth the frustration or call charges you will have if you need to return something.
