LOOT.CO.ZA WORST ONLINE STORE IN RSA!!

I Ordered an Android TV box. Once i received it I connected it only to find that it clashes with my TV's frequency and therefore unusable for me. Logged a return within 30min of receiving it and 5 weeks later they say they can't find fault. To which i re-inform them that its not faulty but clashes with the tv's frequency. They say they can't refund it and i have to pay for courier to return it to me, which i do instantly. i receive a ETA of delivery for June 17th. Its now June 28th and still no delivery!! So between waiting almost 2 weeks from payment for original order to be shipped, then poor form with return and then another 2 weeks+ of waiting for delivery I've had enough and will never order or recommend them again.
