Loot.co.za worst online shop ever

I ordered a TV from Loot on black Friday 29 November which was stated as available with dispatch In 4 to 7 working days. When dispatch date arrived on 11 December, I received no notice of shipping. I contacted them requesting confirmation that It was shipped but they said they had received It from the supplier. I contacted them again multiple times without response for days until I eventually received the same emailthat they were awaiting feedback from the supplier. I then called to speak to them, but again all they kept saying was awaiting feedback from the supplier. They could not confirm if the supplier had stock or not nor when feedback would be received. Worst customer service ever. I eventually cancelled the order and purchased the TV elsewhere. Stay away from Loot. Warn your family and friends as well.
