Another month has passed I'm still without my laptop which i paid for, i do not accept your company's excuses that you have to wait on suppliers or it takes ur couriers time to deliver or drop it off not my problem. Its like i donated R7200 to loot and received nothing in return my laptop has been gone longer than a month, the customer service i received from Loot totally pathetic a simple solution would just of been to swap out the faulty product. Could you at least do one god damn thing right and follow up with your supplier TODAY!!!! and provide me with FEEDBACK TODAY!!!!! also escalate this with your senior management and i want a REPLY FROM THEM TODAY!!!!! Chad I'm done dealing with you as i feel your just as hopeless as this poor excuse for a online retailer next time i will be conducting my shopping with takealot.com
