Loot.co.za - very poor service

I bought an electric mixer from Loot early in August 2020 and I received it mid of the same month. Upon using it before the end of that month, I discovered it was defective and I contacted Loot to start the process to return it. It took them more than a week to reply to my email, after following up, only to let me know they'd contact the supplier first. After countless emails, back and forth, they only arranged for the courier to collect the damaged mixer almost 3 weeks after I requested for a return (that was around mid September). This is basically the end of my story. It's been a month now and I do not have the mixer I bought.

My advice to anyone out there: stick to Takealot and save yourself the headache!
