LOOT.CO.ZA- TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Today while on the Loot store site I came across a Western Digital Elements 2.5 2tb external hard-drive at a price of R180! Offcourse I really had to do a double take because this item is usually a lot more expensive. Feeling that Loot is a reputable site and after doing my research, seeing that a few friends also agreed that this was legit I purchased the item from the site and a total deduction of R220 (INCL R40 courier fee) was deducted from my account. In my possession I have the invoice confirming the above that was generated, I have my banking and internet search history; 2 hours or so after my purchase I received an email from the Loot crate support team stating that they displayed the incorrect data for the product on their system and that as such they will cancel my order and will give me the money I paid as "instore credit"! If this had happened at a local store such negligence would have been the establishment's loss but instead these ******* want to go back on their word! Off course such an experience is enough for me to never use Loot.co.za again! The T.C.F / FSCA protects consumers from such does it not? At the time of this post if you type in external harddrives loot you will see that they are still reflecting the same hard drive at the same price!
