Loot.co.za the worst South African Online Retailer in my opinion

This is possibly the worst online retailer in the country. I ordered a product which was marked as R750. I Received the order confirmation with the correct name and image of the product I ordered. I also saw the item advertised on bid or buy by Loot.co.za for the same price. A few days after I checked my account on the site and discovered that now my item had changed. Its obvious what happened, the item I wanted normally sells for more than 750, and I thought this was a special where in fact this was a blunder on Loot.co.za's side. They have subsequently corrected the price of the item I ordered on both their site and Bid or Buy. I have made 5 phone calls expending a large amount of time and money to resolve this issue. After calling on Tuesday 22/09/2020 they indicated that the query was resolved and that the correct item would be delivered. The item in question was read back to me by name by the consultant.

And surprise surprise what item should arrive on Wednesday 23/09/2020, but the wrong item. I followed up today the 25/09/2020 and they have the audacity to say I must now log a return on the website, after wasting my airtime, and time. This is not the first time I've had issues with this online retailer and I will definitely never use them again no matter how cheap the product is advertised for. I will also be using other social media channels to make this public knowledge and hope others who may have had similar issues do the same. From now on I will only be using Raru or Takealot for my general online purchases. If i could give a rating less than 1 star I would.
