Loot.co.za terrible service

I’ve ordered a few parcels off of loot via their app, and the first parcel I ordered was in February and I haven’t gotten my product yet. Nor have I had any assistance in regards to getting my parcel. It’s very frustrating as I’ve already paid for two said parcels and no one has helped me. I’ve written more than 9 emails to try and see what is happening and I’ve never gotten a response. I’ve already paid for both said parcels and I’ve been waiting for assistance. I’ve tried to call head office but they aren’t taking calls? So they said I must email them but NO ONE is responding to my emails. This is very unacceptable as I’ve paid for my product and haven’t received it.
