Loot.co.za = terrible

Truly the worst shopping experience with loot.co.za. Bought a TV and there is an issue with the sound. Have sent it back and now they are saying that they cannot find an issue, which effectively is saying I am making it up?! I have asked for a refund so I can get another TV as i have been without a TV for 2 weeks but they cannot give me a timeline on this and now talking about charging me a handling fee. I have had to call to follow up since I sent it back with the promise of someone following up with me. Every day I get a different version from each different person I speak to. No idea about customer service!! Definitely will not be buying from them again - never had these issues with the likes of Takealot.
