LOOT.CO.ZA TERRIBLE

Placed an order 20th July. It was only dispatched on the 02nd of August and then they delivered my parcel TO THE WRONG PERSON only on the 14th of August 2018. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS! Delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS AND WRONG PERSON!!UNACCEPTALBE. I wasn't even notified that my parcel was delivered NO FEEDBAC**** Now I must wait how long again to find out where my parcel is!! TERRIBLE
