Loot.co.za sucks

This is the worst company ever. Their delivery time is extremely long and their service is terrible. I bought an item from them and after I paid for the item it went out of stock. They did not want to help me with an alternative product. I bought the alternative product and it happened again. After I order and paid for the item it went out of stock. Their customer service is terrible and don't want to help or supply me with an alternative at the same price
