Loot.co.za sucks!!

I am very dissapointed in the service received.. I am a first time customer ordered a tv at the loot as per advised it takes 3 days to be delivered where i have waited since last week... Eventually my item is delivered, but then to only realise my item has been damaged they delivered it and before i could check item the driver rushed off as if he knew there was something wrong with tv so i opened box to view tv just to find a whole lot of scractches on my tv... Is this the type of products they are selling to their clients and expect us just ro accpt it? So i make contact with the loot on their call centre number got through to a lady and i explain to her of what they have delivered to me just to tell me i must wait 24 ro 48 hours for a response at that point i have already dropped the phone.

I log a return and i literally waited forever for a response and when i got one it was just to tell me again that they would be in contact with me... They requested for pictures as well, they took so long to respond just to tell me they require pictures... I send the picturea and guess what its a new day already i have still not reveived a response.

What a bad experience, for a first time customer, never again!
