Loot.co.za **** service

I bought a tricycle for my daughter on the 7 October 2020, eventually received it 2 weeks later on the 21 October 2020 . upon opening the package to only find missing and broken parts as well as bent iron of the tricycle. I requested to have the bike returned and to get my money back, I've been calling since then and was promised that it will be collected on 27 October 2020 and till today nothing and no one contacted me again... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOOT AGAIN!!! It was my first buy and most certainly my last!! Pathetic service!!!!
