Loot.co.za ************

I ordered a PS3 Game for a friend from Loot on 23 May 2020, they assured me in would be delivered in a maximum of 2 weeks times. It is now the 27th of June 2020, more than a month later and I still have not received anything. When I try to call them I can never get through and they have stopped replying to my emails, after giving an excuse every time as to why it cannot be delivered. The last email simply said that they don't know when it will be delivered. If I had known I would have received such disgusting service I would have not even bothered using them in the first place. I want a refund and will never be using this company again for anything and would never recommend them to anyone. They are clearly a bunch of ************.
