I ordered a nebulizer mask kit from loot.co.za on the 16 January 2021, paid for the item. According to the website the item was being packed and finalised on 21 January 2021. Until today 28 January 2021 no progress on the item being send to the pickup point. 2days of emails sent, no reply, a day of messages on fb, no reply.
