Loot.co.za = Same service delivery as Eskom & Home Affairs

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would cos this is appalling ! Ordered before Black Friday. Realized afterwards that I ordered the incorrect color (Yellow) Cricut Mat when I actually need the Purple one. Sent an email swiftly to rectify as delivery is scheduled around 10th Dec and the Mat is still on sale currently. 3 emails later and no response ! ! I did receive an email from them today to say an item in order B B C B - 3 5 3 - B 4 6 0 is out of stock. Now which item exactly is out of stock as I ordered 3 of the same items but different sizes. Loot . co . za are you perhaps part of the SA government, Eskom or Dept of Home Affairs because your service is very much non existent. I saw on Google search that you were registered on Google 10 years ago ? ? How are you still in business after all these years if you cannot even do basic customer service if you are unable even reply to an email ? ? #LootcozaMustFall
