Loot.co.za promising that they have stock.

I saw on the 2nd of December 2020 on the website for loot.co.za that they have a product in stock. I phoned them to confirm and they confirmed that there are 10 of the items available. I then made the payment for R4600 on the 2nd of December 2020 and received the order confirmation that the product will be delivered by no later that the the 10th of December. It is the 8th of December and received a mail that the supplier of the product is Out of Stock and that I will be refunded within 3 days. I committed to my customer that I will be supplying the product on the 11th of December. How do I meet this commitment now towards my customer? Loot.co.za is unreliable and they are lying to you. Do not buy from them!!!!
