Hide behind their anonymity as an online company to provide a really poor and unreliable service with no accountability. Do not keep to delivery times as stated on their website. Do not respond to emails. Managing Director of Loot does not respond to emails either. If they are unable to deliver an item, they do not refund your money, your account is "credited" for your next purchase. It cannot be overstated just how bad their service is. Prospective buyer beware.
