Loot.co.za - PATHETIC SERVICE - do not purchase from them

Pathetic is not the word. I purchased a Bosch Tumble Dryer on 9/07/2020. Estimated delivery date was 21/7/2020. My Bosch dryer has not arrived as yet. Loot is not contactable via phone. Numerous emails have been sent and I have not received a response to date. This is unacceptable. I have looked at the other reviews on Hello Peter and I have noticed that the business has not even taken the time to respond to the complaints. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
